1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Furniture or décor arrives with visible damage or manufacturing defects.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear & tear

2. Return Process

  2. Our team will verify eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. For approved returns:
    • Small items: Courier pick-up arranged from your address.
    • Large furniture items: Pick-up scheduled via our logistics partner.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • COD order refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Replacements can be provided instead of a refund for eligible items.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.
