1. Eligibility for Returns

- Furniture or décor arrives with visible damage or manufacturing defects.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear & tear
2. Return Process

- Our team will verify eligibility and share return instructions.
- For approved returns:
- Small items: Courier pick-up arranged from your address.
- Large furniture items: Pick-up scheduled via our logistics partner.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- COD order refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
- Replacements can be provided instead of a refund for eligible items.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.
