1. Delivery Areas
We ship to addresses across India, including major metros, tier-2/tier-3 cities, and most remote regions.
If your pin code is serviceable, you’ll be able to see shipping options at checkout. For areas with limited access, there may be additional transit time or handling charges.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted courier and transport services to deliver your order safely. For large furniture items, we use special freight carriers. You may receive multiple shipments if your items are shipped from different warehouses.

- Accessories and smaller items often ship with standard courier charges.

5. Transit Time

6. Delivery Process & Responsibilities
- Our delivery partners will contact you ahead of delivery to arrange a time slot.
- Please inspect the package upon arrival for damage. If there is visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- We require that you provide a safe access point to deliver furniture items. Any issues arising from blocked entry, narrow stair-cases, etc., may cause delays or additional fees.
7. White-Glove / Installation Services
For certain furniture pieces, we offer white-glove delivery (includes room-of-choice delivery, assembly, packaging removal). This is optional and may incur an extra charge. You can opt in while ordering.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the courier’s portal or via your Hometriq account dashboard.
9. Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
If you find your order is lost, missing, or received in damaged condition:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged goods.
- Send photos of the damage along with the packaging.
- We will arrange for replacement, repair, or a refund as appropriate, at no added cost to you.
10. Returns due to Shipping Issues
If an item is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (wrong address, refused delivery, etc.), we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
